Meeting Services

A year after launching the new Passkey reservation system, we are proud to report that 14 conventions successfully used the system in 2007, generating close to 12,000 reservations. Moreover, 75% of all reservations were made on-line. For 2008, we have already received confirmation from 15 new groups, and we are working on confirmations from several others. In 2007, the Meeting Services team attended 10 pre-meetings where we had the chance to promote Montréal, notably, by providing participants with information about our exciting destination. We were able to refer more than 1,500 business opportunities to our members thanks to these meetings.

We are constantly looking for new ways to enhance delegates' visit, both before their arrival and during the meeting. We thank you all for your cooperation in 2007, and we look forward to working with you again in 2008.
