According to the latest data gathered by the Association des hôtels du grand Montréal (AHGM), the hotel occupancy rate of Greater Montréal was 57.77% in February 2008, versus 57.78% in February 2007.

The number of available rooms in all AHGM member hotels increased from 463 708 in February 2007 to 491 550 (+6.0%) in February 2008. The number of occupied rooms increased from 267 931 in February 2007 to 283 953 (+5.98%) in February 2008. Please note that in 2008, February had an extra day (leap year).
The average room-night rate increased from $127.97 to $129.38 for the same period (February).
These results reflect the performance of AHGM member hotels solely, and not all Montréal accommodations.
