Thinking outside the classroom now applies to the standard Taxi Ambassadeur training. Since March 2008, all taxi drivers enrolled in this program (mandatory for vehicles serving Montréal-Trudeau airport) enjoy a city bus tour given by certified tourist guides. This improved training, which includes a visit to the airport, Infotouriste Centre and different downtown attractions, allows taxi drivers to give their customers the best possible service and uphold our reputation as a welcoming city.
